Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the MetaBlox Code software engineering workspace, task execution, Credits, Model Interface, and related services.
1. Acceptance and account eligibility
By registering for, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete identity and intended-use information, have authority to represent the organization you identify, and protect your account and session. An approved account may be used only by the reviewed individual or authorized personnel within that organization.
2. Nature of the Services
MetaBlox Code is a controlled software engineering product that can understand codebases, modify files, execute tools, run tests, and generate engineering output. Model access is managed through the server-side Model Interface. Customers do not receive a provider API Key, model weights, system prompts, or general-purpose model access.
3. No resale or proxy services
Without written authorization from MetaBlox Code, you may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, share, or transfer accounts, sessions, Credits, task allowances, or access capabilities. You may not provide third parties with a general-purpose model API, proxy, forwarding, aggregation, recharge, wrapper, or similar service, or describe or sell Credits as upstream model quota. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination, and unused Credits may expire without refund where permitted by law.
4. Credits and billing
Credits are prepaid internal units for using the MetaBlox Code product. They are not currency, stored value, digital assets, or provider API quota, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Credits may be deducted for model usage, workspace resources, tool execution, task budgets, and applicable markup. A task budget is a usage limit and does not guarantee completion.
5. Customer content and authority
You retain your rights in lawfully submitted code, files, and prompts and authorize MetaBlox Code to process that content as necessary to provide, protect, and support the Services. You represent that you hold all rights and permissions required for submitted content and connected systems. You may not submit secrets, personal data, or third-party code that you are not authorized to process.
6. AI output and human review
Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, vulnerable, fabricated, incompatible, or subject to third-party rights. Before use or deployment, you must independently verify facts, review code, run tests and security scans, and obtain approval from authorized personnel. You must not rely solely on output for high-risk decisions.
7. Security and use restrictions
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and supported-region requirements. You may not bypass identity review, Credits, task budgets, rate limits, security controls, logging, or regional restrictions. Model distillation, system-prompt extraction, credential theft, and unauthorized network attacks are prohibited.
8. Review, suspension, and termination
The operator may review registration information, usage patterns, payments, devices, networks, and security signals and may request additional evidence. For false identity, resale, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or policy violations, the operator may reject applications, restrict requests, revoke sessions, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, retain necessary records, or notify service providers and authorities where appropriate.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator does not guarantee continuous availability, any specific model, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
The operator may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or product changes and will provide reasonable notice through the website or account. Legal, privacy, or abuse matters may be submitted through in-account support or published website contact channels.
